Scallop shells don’t often wash up fully intact on our shore here in Bay Head, NJ. When they do, they are so special and become a keepsake in many shell collections. We wanted to pay homage to their specialness, so our version of the scallop shell is porcelain hand-painted with 22k gold luster and features a small amount of midnight glass peaking through.
